Injury prevention starts with obtain a foundation of muscle endurance, strength and flexibility to help support your body during any type of exercise. It it extremely important to exercise at your own level of fitness and ability; you should never let your desire to get in shape force you to workout harder and longer than you should. I will evaluate your fitness levels and make sure you exercising at the right level.  Given the number of Americans who are experiencing lower-back and knee pain, i will create exercises to help alleviate those discomfort.
