Fitness has been a significant aspect of my life since I was a young child. I was involved in multiple organized sports throughout high school and college career. However, it wasn’t until my Kinesiology and Health professor at Iowa state university started speaking about the negative impact of a sedentary work environment, lack of nutrition knowledge, and the power of habit that I wanted to take action in helping people achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
I began personal training in 2012, and now have a successful portfolio of client transformations. Whether it’s strictly weight loss, the goal to improve health conditions such as diabetes, or improve musculoskeletal health, I am able to cater to specific needs in both exercise and nutrition plans.
Through a combination of my education, involvement with The American Council on Exercise, and 7-year accumulated experience in the fitness industry, I can equip you with all the necessary knowledge and resources to crush your fitness goals.
